Hilton Head Part 3

On our morning walk to the playground.

We went to this playground every morning.

This lighthouse is a very popular place to visit and take pictures in front of.  It was hard to get a picture of them both smiling at the same time.

We went to the pool  few times instead of the beach.

Covering up from the sun.

 Ladies wearing hats.

Hilton Head Part 2

We always let the kids throw pennies into this fountain. It's near Pino Gelato where we go for gelato a few times every trip. Unfortunately, the water spouts weren't on when we went. The kids still threw pennies in and made wishes.

There is a great oak tree at the harbor in Harbourtown and the kids love to play on the stage.

At the dock where people load up for boat trips like dolphin sighting. We didn't go this year but most likely will next year. Sidney really wanted to go this year.

I think she's saying, "Argh matey!"

Wind blowing in my hair.

Cleo getting ready for lesson #2 on June 4.

Sidney making sad eyes. He's fine, just being silly.

Cleo "addressing" the ball.  As Art Carney would say on the Honeymooners, "hello ball."

Sidney off for lesson #2.

After his lesson.

Our little golfers.

Silly faces.

Hilton Head Part 1

On June 1, we drove down to Hilton Head for a week long stay.  It was a 5 hour trip. Ahnya flew down to Atlanta on May 31.

We went to the beach on June 2. It was extremely windy and sort of chilly. It felt like it was in the 60s. The actual temperature that day in Hilton Head was in the mid 80s.

Cleo and Roger made a little sand castle with a moat that we kept refilling with water.

Cleo dressed and ready for her first golf lesson on June 2.

Ahnya, Sidney and Cleo sitting at the harbor at Harbourtown which is the area of Hilton Head where the house is that we stay at.  The harbor is a 10 minute walk that takes 20 when we are with Cleo and Sidney.

Entertaining Sidney while we wait for Cleo's lesson to finish.

Next was Sidney's lesson. He really enjoyed it.
